FASHION FILMS - AUSTrALIAN BRANDS

Fashion films are the new way forward in the world of fashion branding and marketing. It is a great idea to add a short fashion movie or longer behind the scenes documentary to each fashion week show. The smart people in the fashion industry are embracing the digital age by using film to enhance their brand’s marketing, gain exposure, and create tools for a stronger social media presence.

AFTER THE LOCKOUTS II – GLADYS’ WAR ON MUSIC

TRAILER

FULL FILM

NSW Australia State Premiere Gladys Berejiklian and her Government have made it clear she wants to destroy music festivals in NSW. Make no mistake about it the whole music Industry is STILL in a fight for its survival. And whilst this film explores the many unseen elements behind the “Nanny State” in NSW. This film’s message is bigger than a study of an ill-conceived Government’s War on Music, or how crazy laws killed Sydney’s nightlife, my message is this; these days you cannot trust your Government to act in the best interests of the people it was elected to represent. And you cannot rely on the Corporate media to tell you the truth. And you never know who is in who’s back pocket.

Just because there is a law in place, doesn’t necessarily make it right, and it doesn’t mean you have to cop it. There are things you can do about it. And this is exactly the reason the Laws on Festivals were deemed illegal in the first go round, and why the Lockouts look set to be repealed. It was because of the people, those who organised, protested and pushed back.

Sometimes the best thing to do, the only thing to do, is to fight the power. And this fight needs to be ongoing and vigilant. Word is that Gladys is about to make a second attempt at some crazy Music Festival legislation. So this is no time to be apathetic, stand up, speak out, join a protest group, march, rally, write letters, because what you do matters. I’d like to think that like Greta Thunberg says, “people are waking up”.

Evil Music Festival legislation
Strip Searches
Sniffer Dogs
Pill Testing
Corruption

Casino’s, problem gambling, violence

There are still a lot of insidious tentacles of the NSW “Nanny State” that need to be cut off. This fight is not over, and requires ongoing action and vigilance.

CLICK.THE HISTORY OF FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY

Great photographs can elicit thoughts, feelings, and emotions when words simply will not suffice. Throughout history, there have been many important people in the field of photography who have used their cameras to catch a single moment in time to tell a story.

In this feature documentary examines some of the people and forces that helped pave the way for the great photographers of today, each of whom now challenge the image and fashion making world to accept new ideas of beauty and story telling. We hear from many leading current day artists, creative directors, fashion editors and advertising legends on how this art form and its pioneers shaped their lives.

But the art of a good fashion campaign of editorial isn’t set in stone; fashion photography, like art, has movements defined by its leading talents and prevailing cultural zeitgeist. To understand them both a little better, and see how we arrived at where we are today, we’ve compiled a look back at some of the most important moments in the history of fashion photography over the past 100 years.

THE SUGAR SYNDROME

The original screenplay adapted from the original published book by author Paul G Roberts.

The Sugar Syndrome takes into the seductive world of Sugaring. A place that promises that if, “I’m rich and you’re hot”, a mutually beneficial trade may be made. But things are never quite that simple, as many young Sugar Babies seek not only to enter into mutually bneficial Arrangements, some have even more extreme desires. And then there are the dangerous predators who lurk unseen.

An up to the minute erotic thriller set in the age of the internet. A story of obsession, madness, and forbidden passions. The story moves from the Movie Studio’s of Hollywood to the lavish Swingers club of Paris, and then unfolds in modern day NAC where we find Academy Award winning screenplay writer Jack Steele a broken man, desolate after the murder of his wife and daughter. Steele begins researching a material for a new film and finds himself drawn into the world of Sugar babies and Arrangements.

At the same time a series of murders is taking place in the 5 Boroughs of NYC, 4 girls in 4 months have been murdered in grisly fashion. Will Caroline be number 5 ? The one common link for all the dead girls is that they have been listes as Sugar Babies seeking an “Arrangement” on the Sugar Sugar site. The NYC Homicide Police have a massive manhunt underway to try and track down the serial killer before another Sugar Baby is found murdered.
